The City of Newark is New Jersey's largest city, located in the Gateway Region. Newark is also fondly known as The Gateway City and The Brick City. The city is garbed by several ethnically diverse neighborhoods and among others, its top attractions

Newark is the nation's 3rd oldest city, originally founded by Connecticut Puritans in in 1666. The city is headquarters to several top corporations, including Prudential Financial, Panasonic Corporation, Audible.com and PSEG. Newark encompasses many universities, such as the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Rutgers–Newark and Seton Hall University's Law School.
